1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a professional manufacturer for home fragrance  located in Nantong.

 2. How long will the Reed Diffuser last?

It depends on the size of the bottle and the atmosphere you use the diffuser. Normally, regular 100ml bottle can last for 4-6 weeks.

 3. Where do you buy fragrance?

We buy fragrance from well know fragrance house abroad. Mainly from CPL in UK, Drom in Germany, Roberte from France.

 4. What’s the fragrance level for diffuser and candles?

Our regular fragrance level is 10% for reed diffuser and 3% for candles. We can customize the level you want, for example, if you like strong smell we can use 15% for diffuser and 5-8% for candles.

 5. What’s your MOQ for your products?

Part of the products we have stock and ready to ship, they are 48pcs for MOQ. For those we don’t have stock, regular MOQ is 500-1000pcs per design.

 6. What’s your lead time for production?

Normally 30-35 days.

 7. What’s the sample policy?

We support OEM samples and existing samples by charging basic sampling fee. This fee will be refunded when order is placed as long as the order qty reaches MOQ.
